Oven Baked Onion Rings

Ingredients
1/4 cup flourdash of cayenne or chili powder1 large spanish onion, cut into 1/4" slices3 egg whites, lightly beaten1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Spray nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray. In 3 small bowls, combine flour and chili powder in one, egg whites in another, and bread crumbs in the 3rd. Dip onion rings in flour, then egg whites, and finally bread crumbs. Arrange on baking sheet in single layer. Bake on top rack until browned, about 10 minutes. Turn and bake other side until browned.
