2-whole wheat bread1 cup - bananas(sliced or mashed)1 cup- peanut butter
Directions
take two slices of whole wheat bread
toast the slices of bread *
apply peanut butter onto using a butter knife
take a whole banana and cut slices (1 cup)
mash the slices with a fork
apply banana onto the peanut butter
