Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
3 boneless chicken breasts1 package of chopped broccoli1/2 cup mayonnaise2 Tbsp cooking sherry or wine or apple juice2 %bsp curry
Directions
Boil 3 breast of boneless chicken and chopped into small cubes and set aside.
Take a package of chopped broccoli, I get the box kind and remove paper and micro for 3 minutes or until separates and not frozen. Dot with paper towel to remove extra moisture.

In bowl mix can of cream of chicken soup, reduced fat, 1/2 cup of mayo, 2 Tbsp cooking sherry or wine or apple juice, 2 Tbsp curry.

In 9 x 9 pan layer broccoli, chicken and then pour sauce over all. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
