Ingredients
Beef Chuck roast 2.67lbsbetter then bouillon 1 tbspOnion soup mix 1 packmushrooms, fresh 8ozCream of mushroom soup, 2 cans
Directions
Put all ingredients except sour cream into slow cooker. Place on low for 10 hours. Then put slow cooker on low and add sour cream. Heat until it is slightly thicker, and meat is cooked. Then put on top either rice or noodles.
