Growing Oatmeal Bowl a la Hungry Girl

1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze1/2 c. old-fashioned oats1/2 c. blueberries1/4 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp cinnamon2 no-calorie sweetener packetsDash of salt (ioptional)
Combine all ingredientsin a nonstick pot on the stove.
Add one cup of wter and mix well.
Bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
Stir often & cook until thick and creamy - about 12 to 15 minutes.
Original recipe called for chopped apple but it is easier to toss in handfull of berries - or maybe a sliced banana?
Top with additiona berries or chopped apple - play wih it and make it your own!
Serving Size: Makes about onw serving of1 to 1-1/2 cup serving
