Saucy's Curried Squash Soup

Ingredients
1 Butternut Squash (dices up to about 4 cups)1/2 cup Raisins1 tsp Curry Powder
Directions
1 - Peel and dice squash
2 - Add all ingredients to a saucepan or pressure cooker.
3 - Cover with plenty of water (2 litres works well).
4 - Boil then simmer until tender
5 - Use a magic bullet to blend all ingredients.

Makes 12 portions of approx. one cup.
