Ingredients
12 oz pkg of no yolk egg noodles1 c egg beaters1tsp vanilla9 oz apricot preserves8 oz cottage cheese 1/2 c ff sour cream1/2 c splenda2 c skim milk1/2 stick of margarine
Directions
Cook noodles. Rinse, drain well and set aside. Heat milk to scalding. Add margarine to hot milk & stir til melted. Add the rest of the inredients to this mixture. Put noodles in a greased 9 x 13 pan & pour milk mixture over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 t0 75 min.
