White Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups of Milk1 cup flour12 garlic cloves 1/2 cup becel margarine 1 tbsp salt1 tbsp pepper
Directions
make a rue with the flour and butter over medium heat... adding milk little bits at a time, constantly whisking. When all the milk is added stir in the garlic, salt and pepper.

Serve over noodles and add anything you like, veggies, chicken, beef or fish.... You can also add crushed tomatoes to the sauce to make it a rose.
