Chow Mein with Mince Beef

Ingredients
500g Minced Beef1/2 Cabbage Lge3 x Carrots Medium2 x Brown Onions Lge4 x Celery Stalks3/4 Cup Rice Long Grain1 Pkt Chicken Noodle Soup2 Tblpns Hoy Sin Sauce2 Tblpns Soy SauceSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in pan.
Simmer onions, celery and mince beef for 10 minutes.
Add chicken noodle soup, carrots, rice, hoy sin and soy sauce and 4 cups of water. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Add cabbage and simmer again for 10 minutes covered.
Serve with garlic bread.
