French Toast

70 grams of egg beaters (a little over a quarter cup)1 oz of kroger fat free plus milk (a splash)4 slices of healthy life whole grain breadquarter cup of syrup (warmed)dash of ground cinnamondash of ground nutmegdash of sweetener of your choice (i used splenda)
mix wet and dry ingredients in a bowl slightly larger than a slice of bread laying flat
pre heat and spray skillet
dredge bread in batter and put in hot skillet
cook until slightly browned then flip
repeat until all batter is gone should make 4 pieces.
Warm up the quarter cup of syrup
dip french toast in syrup so you use less then if you were to pour it over. enjoy :)
Serving Size: makes 4 pieces of toast or 2 2piece servings
