15 oz pumpkin (Libby's has better color)3 oz vanilla jello cook & serve pudding12 oz 8th Continent Light soymilk1/4 C sugar1 t cinnamon1 t nutmeg1/4 t ginger1/4 t cloves1/3 C Egg replacements (whites only)Great Value traditional 9" pie shells
Directions
Fills 1 1/2 9" pie shells. Double recipie will fill 3.
Great Value shells are very high in fat and carbs. Others might be a better choice.

Mix ingredients as on the back of the can of pumpkin.
