Nana's Homemade Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beefless than 1/2 c italian breadcrumbsabout 1/4 c milk (just enough to moisten the breadcrumbs)boiling water
Directions
1.) boil some water
2.) add the meat, breadcrumbs and milk, mix them together
3.) roll the mixture into smaller than golfball size meatballs
4.) lightly oil a pan, place the meatballs in for just a minute
5.) add the boiling water to the pan, cover for 15 minutes
6.) remove the meatballs and add them to your favorite marinara sauce! Enjoy them with pasta or as a meatball sub!
