watermelon & cucumber salad

Ingredients
3 cups peeled seeded cucumber sliced medium 3 cups 1/2 in cubed watermelon 3 tablespoons sliced fresh basil( stack leaves,roll length wise and slice)1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions 1 Tablespoon honey2 Tablespoons Rice wine Vinegar dash salt and fresh ground pepper to season
Directions
Toss first 4 ingredients together
Slowly warm vinegar on low heat and whisk in honey , more or less to taste , once honey is dissolved season with salt and pepper, turn off and let cool. Wait till just before serving to drizzle dressing on .

Serving Size: makes 3 large 2 cup servings or 6 1 cup side dish
