Crab and artichoke salad

Ingredients
Crab Meat (I used basic canned, real crab meat. You can also use crab meat in any form, chopped up, or imitation crab is also good - but this is usually NOT gluten-free), 10 ozLemon Juice from 1 lemonTarragon, dried or fresh chopped - to taste. I use a lot (3-4 T fresh)Celery, raw, 1 cup, stripsScallions, raw, 3 medium, chopped dark greens onlyPepper, black, to taste (a few dashes)Reduced fat mayo, 4 tbspArtichoke Hearts (canned, drained), 2 cups
Directions
Mix all and chill at least a few hours.

Serving Size: 3 large meal portions or 4 smaller portions.
