2 Cups of turkey drippings1/4 C whole wheat flourPepper to taste
Scoop 2 C of drippings from the turkey pan and put in a saucepan. Combine the flour and pepper (and any other spices you want - not included in nutritional info) and wisk into the broth - Slowly. Wisk until boiling and continue to stir smooth. Gravy will thicken as it boils. Makes 8 - 1/4 C servings
