Noodle Soup w/ Bok Choy

Ingredients
*Bok Choy, chopped, 4 cupEgg, fresh, 4 large (for an even healthier recipe - just use whites!Water, tap, 8 cup *Vegetable bouillion cube, Knorr, 4 cubes, 8 serving (low sodium would be best here).*Annie Chun's Chow Mein Noodles (2 oz)Garlic, 4 cloves, minced*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
Bring water to a boil add bouillion. Let bouillion disolve completely. Add garlic, soy sauce and a few dashes of pepper. Add noodles and cook 3 minutes. Add bok choy and egg (beaten well) and cook 2 more minutes. Noodles should be tender firm. The secret is really getting tender, baby bok choy. Don't forget to rinse the bok choy!
