Zucchini, Squash, & Onion Taco Medley

Ingredients
2 zucchini2 summer squash1 medium-large onion3 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Slice squash & zucchini into 1/4-1/2 inch slices. Slice onion into 1/4 inch slices & then cut in half. Heat oil in large skillet. Add vegetables & cook on medium heat until soft & slightly browned.

Serve with tortillas, sour cream, and hot sauce if desired.
