Mixed Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Butter, salted, 2 tbspBread, french 12 oz Corn Muffins, 6 muffin (2-1/2" dia x 2-1/4") Bread, pumpernickel, 4 oz Vegetable broth, 1.5 cuppoultry seasoning and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut up bread in chunks. Saute onion and celery in butter. Add seasoning to taste (suggest 1.5 T of poultry seasoning and pepper). Add vegetable mix to bread chunks and stir in broth. Mix all together, put into a greased baking dish (I like to spray with Pam). Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
