Easy Pumpkin Spice Muffins

* Spice Cake Mix, Duncan Hines, Moist Deluxe 1 box * Pumpkin, Libby's 15 oz can * Water, tap, 1/2 cup * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp *Land O Lakes Ultra-Pasteurized Whipped Heavy Cream (sweetened w/ Splenda), 1 tbsp per muffin
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into 24 greased (pam spray) muffin tins or paper cups. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon of the Whipped cream.
*omitting the whipped cream reduces the calories by 20 for each muffin.
