Ingredients
1 standard can Reduced sodium cream of chicken soup1/2 can chicken broth16 to 20 oz boneless skinless chicken breast (can be frozen)1 Tbsp ground black pepperHalf bag of egg noodles (about 6 cups)1 chicken boullion cube
Directions
Pour can of soup and about half a can of chicken broth in the bottom of a crock pot. Stir together.
Place frozen (or thawed) chicken breasts in the crock pot and cover with black pepper. Spoon some of the soup mixture over the chicken. Cook on low in the crock pot for 6-8 hours.
At the end of the cooking time for the crock pot, boil water with one chicken boulion cube in the water. Add egg noodles and continue to boil for about 9 minutes.
While noodles are boiling, shred chicken with a fork and mix completely with the sauce. If it seems too thick, add another 1/4 cup chicken broth if you want.
Drain noodles and add to the crock pot. Stir thoroughly, adding more pepper if desired and serve.
