Pumpkin Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
1 package yeast (2 1/4 tsp)4 cups white flour1 cup wheat flour3/4 cup non-fat milk1/4 cup butter2 Tbsp sugar1 tsp salt1 cup canned pumpkin1 egg, beaten1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
Place ingredients in bread machine per machine's specifications. Run the dough cycle. In the meantime, grease 4 12-muffin tins. When the cycle finishes, separate into 2 dozen balls and place each ball in muffin tin. Cover with a warm, moist towel and let rise again in a warm place until doubled (about 30 minutes). Preheat the oven to 350°F, and bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes, until slightly browned. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
