Low-sodium Chicken/Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
3/4 cup diced celery1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup sliced carrots2 cups finely shredded/chopped cabbage5 1/2 cups Campbell's less-sodium chicken broth3 dashes of black pepper2 ozs. diced chicken or turkey breast1/4 tsp dried parsley
Directions
Cook celery, onion and carrots in non-stick pan until slightly cooked but still firm. Transfer to large pot and add chopped cabbage, chicken broth and black pepper. Simmer gently until cabbage is cooked. Add diced chicken/turkey meat, dried parsley and stir. Serve.
