mini meatloaf muffins

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef1/2 cup bread crumbs1 eggonion choppedseperate bowl1/2 cup barbque sauce1/4 cup salsadash of worchestire saucemix together
mix first 4 ingredients in seperate bowl
mix rest in another bowl
take salsa mixture and add half to meat mixture
w/ ice cream scoop put in muffin tin
take rest of salsa mixture and add on top of each muffin
cook in oven 400 degrees for 20 min
