Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef (cooked and drained)1 zuccini grated (optional added in calculation)1/8 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp dried thyme1/8 tsp oregano1/2 bay leaf2 cups tomato (or 1 can chopped tomatoes)1 can condensed mushroom soup1 cup minute riceSalt & Pepper to taste5 slices of american cheese (optional added in calculation)
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. Add zuccini and stir fry. Add tomato and mushroom soup. Mix well. Add minute rice and herbs. Cover and cook until rice is done. 5-10 minutes. Place sliced cheese on top and cover to melt.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 servings.
