Delicious Low Cal Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c. Olivio Margarine1 c. Ideal No Calorie Sweetener1 tsp. Vanilla1/2 c. Egg Beaters1/4 tsp. Salt2 c. Flour1 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 c. Skim Milk1 c. Blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Prepare muffin tins.

In bowl mix margarine, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth.

In small bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt.

Add dry ingredients to mixture and beat together, gradually add milk. Fold in blueberries.

Scoop in 2 Tbsp mixture into muffin tins.

Bake for 15-18 minutes.
