J's Southwest Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper1 Medium Sweet Red Bell Pepper1 Large Sweet Onion1 Bunch Celery2 Containers Garden Fresh Gourmet Salsa (Sweet Onion & Hot)7 Cloves of Garlic3.5 lbs of 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey12 cups of Low Sodium, Organic Free Range Chicken Broth4 Cans Private Selection Organic Great Northern Beans2 Cans Private Selection Organic Pinto Beans2 Cans Private Selection Black Beans2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning1 tbsp. Cumin4 tbsp. Chili Powder
Directions
Brown ground turkey in a separate pan using Pam cooking spray, drain & set aside.

Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in a large stock pot also using Pam cooking spray.

Add Turkey and remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or longer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
