Sweet and Sour Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
3-4 ( 4 oz ) Boneless/skinless chicken breasts.25 cup of flour.25 cup of cider vinegar ( or whatever kind you have handy ).5 cup of low sodium soy sauce.5 cup of water1 tsp of garlic powder1 tsp of onion powder.25 cup of splenda brown sugar for baking or .5 cup of regular brown sugar.1.5 tbsp of ketchup
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-41/2 hours.
This recipe also works well with chicken wings & drummies or pork.

    I added a cup of canned pineapple chunks and some chopped onion and bell pepper to this while it was cooking to make it more like a sweet and sour dish instead of just the chicken. It was OK, but the soy flavor was too heavy and the "sweet and sour" not strong enough for my taste. - 3/21/08
