Ingredients
2 hardboiled eggs2 egg whites1.5 tsp dijon mustard1T light salad dressing or mayo
Directions
Hard boil eggs. Peel eggs. Discard 2 of the yolks. Mix eggs with mayo and dijon mustard. Season to taste. I love the taste of seasoned salt in egg salad. (Season All or Larry's) This will serve two people. Enjoy!
