Cilantro Lime Spanish Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
* Beeman Gourmet Cilantro Lime Chicken Breast, 4 servings or 1 lb * *chopped onion, 1 cup * Garlic, 2 tsp * Great Value Fire Roasted Tex Mex Style Diced Tomatoes, 2 15 oz cans * Great Value Chopped Green Chiles, 1 4 oz can * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cups * Best Choice Instant White Rice, 3 cup * *Goya Adobo Seasoning, 1 tsp * Lime Juice, 1 lime yields * Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Brown chicken in a large pot. Add onion and garlic. Sautee until chicken is cooked through. Add diced tomatoes and chiles, lime juice, Adobo blend, and pepper (the Adobo has plenty of salt). Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cut heat back to low and stir in rice. Simmer on low for about 10 minutes, or until rice is cooked through and liquid is soaked up. Enjoy!
