Cherry Berry Chia Smoothie

* 2 tbsp (28.3g) Yogurt, plain, low fat* 5 Sweet Cherries (pitted)* 10 fresh Blueberries* .5 cup Cranberry juice cocktail* 2 Ice Cubes (Sorry, couldn't find that in the calculator)* .5 scoop of Chia Complete
* Put all ingredients into blender
* Blend until ice is crushed and berries are mostly pulped
* Pour and enjoy!
**For those of you not familiar with Chia seeds, they are a great source of Omega 3, calcium, fibre and protein. In this recipe, let the drink sit for about a minute before drinking, as the seeds will get a little more soft and gelatinous and be easier to drink!
Serving Size: Makes 1 12-14 oz serving (depending on ice size)
