1 lb ground beef, lean2 cans cheddar condensed soup2 cans skim milk1 lb frozen broccoli pieces1/3 cup chopped onion1 TBS chopped garlic8 cups uncooked elbow macaroni1 tsp ground black pepper1/2 tsp garlic salt
brown meat with onion and garlic and pepper, drain and rinse. Add cheese soup and milk. Stir in frozen broccoli. Bring to a boil and add macaroni.Check seasoning. Simmer in low until noodles are cooked. Top with shredded cheese and allow to melt.
