Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 20 medium Garlic, 3 cloveOnions, raw, 2 tbsp choppedCarrots, raw, 1 small Nature's Own Light Wheat Bread, 1 sliceParsley, 1 tbsp Rosemary, dried, .5 tsp Salt, .25 tspPepper, black, 1 dashNutritional Yeast .5 Tbspnolive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
preheat oven to 350F
combine all ingredients except mushrooms and oil in food processor until coarse
saute stuffing in oil for 5 min
stuff mushrooms
bake 15 min.
