    2 TBS tahini
    3 TBS lemon Juice
    3 TBS water
    2 TBS olive oil
    1/ tsp salt
    1 TBS cumin


Mince garlic in food processor

Add all other ingredients

Process until smooth

Makes 2 cups

    I like this recipe because it uses a small amount of tahini and olive oil. I use the liquid from the chick peas instead of water and do not add any salt. - 7/22/12
