I like this recipe because it uses a small amount of tahini and olive oil. I use the liquid from the chick peas instead of water and do not add any salt.
Wonderful basic hummus. I made this just as the recipe specified. The nutrition is calculated for a serving size of 2 and 2/3 Tablespoons. You might want to have more and calculate your nutrition accordingly if using as a dip. :-)
