CMR Banana-Raspberry Smoothie

3/4 cup fat-free milk1/2 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries1 packet French Vanilla Smoothie Mix, fat free or sugar free
Directions
1. In blender combine all ingredients; process at medium speed until smooth.

2. Pour int tall glass; serve immediatley
