Jalopeno Corn Bread Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups cornmeal1 cup self rising flour1.5 cups of buttermilk1 egg1/2 cup shredded cheese6 Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Mix together cornmeal and flour.
Mix together buttermilk and egg stir into cornmeal mixture
Spray muffin pan
Put half batter in each muffin cup
sprinkle jalapeno and cheese
Put remaining batter on top.
Bake 15 minutes or until brown and done.
