Low-fat Vegan Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine2 cups applesauce1 cup flour1 1/2 cups wheat bran flakes or oat bran1 cup sugar1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp cloves1 cup raisins
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan.
In a large saucepan, heat the margarine and applesauce together until margarine is melted. Remove from heat.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined, then pour into baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
