Meditterranean Kale

Ingredients
3 cups chopped kale100 g feta100 g tzatziki2 sliced quorn sausages1 eggSalt, pepper, and spices to taste
Directions
1. Cook the kale and zucchini until tender. Add Quorn roughly midway through the cooking process.

2. Add feta and stir until it begins to melt.

3. Add egg, stir.

4. Remove from heat, add tzatziki.
