Creamy Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients
Fresh pineappleOrganic honeyFat free half and half
Directions
Skin and remove core from pineapple. Chop into large dice and place in blender. Blend until emulsified. Add the honey and half and half and blend until just combined. Place a fine mesh sieve over a bowl and run the liquid through the sieve, pressing on any solids. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour. Using an ice cream maker, process the mixture according to the manufacturers suggested method until almost solid. Add to a freezer safe container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
