Robin's Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate chip Cookies

1/4 c becel1/4 c apple sauce1 large egg1/3 c splenda brown sugar mix1 tsp vanilla1/4 c organic crunchy peanut butter1/4 c light smooth peanut butter3/4 c whole wheat flour1 1/4 c quick oats1/4 c chocolate chips1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda
Heat oven to 350. Beat all liquid ingredients until light and fluffy, then add salt, baking soda, flour, oats and chocolate chips and mix well. Drop a Tbsp full onto a ungreased cookie sheet. Press the cookies down before baking and cook for about 12+ minutes.
*If you use a regular peanut butter instead of the natural, cut your added salt in half. Also if you buy the packaged individual 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce packs you can keep them longer without refrigerating. (The little packs are handy to have on hand for low fat cooking.)
Serving Size: Makes upwards of 30 smaller cookies. ,y calorie math is based on 30 cookies but sometimes it only makes 25.
