Ingredients
1 can tomatoes 1 can pinto beans1 can black beans1 medium onion chopped1 whole red sweet pepper chopped2 lbs ground lean beefmix together and season with salt, chilli powder etc to taste. I add seasoning to my own because my kids hate spicy and I love it. Makes 2 days worth of food for a family of 4. Serve with burrito wrap, on rice, on a hot dog for a chilli dog or as taco filling or nacho topping.adding tomato , lettuce and cheese and other toppings help out. This is just a base mix for other recipes when you are in a hurry and do not have a lot of time for cooking.
Directions
mix together season with chilli powder etc.. serve with taco shells, on hot dogs, with rice, in a tortilla or whatever you want
