Korean Cucumber Salad

4 large Cucumber (with peel)Salt, 2 tsp *Ground Cayanne Pepper, .5 tsp *NuNatural NuStevia White Stevia Powder, 2/3 tsp Cider Vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp Green Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Garlic, 1 cloves Crushed
Slice Cucumbers into thin slices, place in bowl sprinkle salt over cucmber and toss to coat evenly. Set asides for 10 minutes.
When the cucumber has softened, squeeze out excess liquid.
Mix in Garlic, sugar, vinegar, minced green onion & pepper. Stir to coat thoroughly.
Serve chilled.
