1 Tbls. Cocoa Powder - unsweetened1 Tbls. sugar1 C skim milkdash of saltdash of vanillaCoffee to taste: I used 4 oz and it is stronger than I like.
Combine cocoa and sugar, set aside. Heat milk to desired temperature but do not boil. Add cocoa and sugar mixture and stir. Add salt and vanilla and coffee. Mix and enjoy
