Saag Paneer

Ingredients
28 oz. Paneer, cubed, 3 lbs. frozen spinach, 3 cup fat free plain yogurt, 4 cups skim milk, 2 large onions, 8 cloves garlic, 6 tsp. chili powder, 2 tsp. ground cumin, 3 tsp. ginger root, 4 tsp. curry powder
Directions
pulse onion, garlic, ginger, seasonings, yogurt, and 1 cup milk in a food processor. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes, add remaining milk and simmer 30 minutes. Add paneer and simmer 10 minutes. Serve hot over rice.
