Spinach tofu dip (aka, Super "pesto")

Ingredients
1 lb (or 2 10-oz packages) fresh spinach7-8 ounces of tofu (half block), cut into chunks3 cloves garlic2 Tblsp tamari soy sauce (gluten-free)1 tsp dill1/2 tsp (each) oregano, thyme, cayenee pepper, paprikahandful fresh parsleyhandful fresh basil1 scallion, choppedSalt and pepper to tasteTools: Food processor
Directions
Steam spinach. Simmer soy sauce, garlic, dill, oregano, thyme, cayenne and paprika in a small saucepan for 4-5 min, stirring often. When spinach is finished steaming and soy sauce mixture is finished simmering, put spinach plus tofu, soy sauce mixture, parsley, basil, scallion into food processor and blend until creamy. Salt to taste.
