Crockpot Cream Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Tbsp dried onion, minced or chopped2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 tspgarlic powder1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 pounds potatoes, scrubbed & sliced,about 8 medium8 ounces light cream cheese (1 package) cut in cubes
Directions
Lightly grease crock pot .

In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt & pepper -
Layer 1/4 of the sliced potatoes in bottom of crock pot .
Sprinkle with 1/4 of the seasoning .
Layer with 1/3 of cream cheese cubes
Continue layering process, ending with layer of potatoes, then sprinkle with seasoning
Cover, cook on High 3 to 4 hours or low 7-8 hours
In last hour of cooking, stir potatoes gently
Serve when potatoes are tender
