Low-Cal Ground Turkey Goulash

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1/2 c. chopped onion1 clove minced garlic1/2 c. chopped green peopper1 (4 oz) can mushroom pieces with liquid4 c. canned tomatoes and juice, chopped fine2 packets beef bouillon3 oz. elbow marcaroni, uncooked
Directions
Brown turkey in non-stick skillet. Add onions, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, and bouillon. Bring to a boil and add macaroni. Boil, uncovered until macaroni is tender and liquid is absorbed (about 20 minutes). If needed, add more tomato.
