Speedy Shepards Pie

Ingredients
12 oz. Ground Turkey1/2 cup Chopped Onion1/2 cup Baby Carrots1/2 cup Peas1/2 cup Low Sodium Beef Broth2 cups Mashed Potatoes
Directions
Makes between 4 and 6 servings

Preheat oven to 375. In a skillet cook the beef. Add onion and cook about 3 to 4 minutes. Add carrots and peas. Cook about 5 minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Place in a casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes. Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
