Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredients
1 small box fat free, sugar free instant vanilla pudding1 1/2 cups skim milk1 cup canned pumpkin1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice1 cup light Cool Whip
Directions
Prepare vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups skim milk. Fold in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in Cool Whip. Divide into 4 serving dishes. Refrigerate.
