Rice Stuffing

Ingredients
5 cups chicken broth2 cups long grain rice1 package diced turkey gizzards from turkey1 cup onion diced1 cup celery diced1 cup raisins1 T poultry seasonings2 tsp salt or to taste1 T pepper or to taste
Directions
put broth and rice in a sauce pan with tight fitting lid bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
put raisins in very hot to boiling water and let sit until plumped.
meanwhile dice up the onions, celery, turkey liver and gizzards. put olive oil in frypan and saute the onion celery and turkey gizzards, cook until opaque.
after the rice is cooked put it in the large frypan with the vegetable mixture add the raisins and seasonings
